This weekly show hosted by Carlos Morales and Jackie Lou Blanco is a weekly reality-game-elimination show, wherein the goal is to win P100,000 cash prize. The show will consist of 12 male bodybuilders and 12 female fitness athletes competing for the prize.
First screening and Auditioning of the athletes will be held May 7, 2005 Saturday at 26 Matalino Street, Unit 319, Eagle Court Condominium, Diliman, Quezon City behind Quezon City Hall and the Heart Center of the Philippines.
Second screening will be held May 21, 2005, 8am - 2pm at R & R Gym (Andy de Mesa-owner cellphone 0910 874-7116) Jake Gonzales Blvd., Angeles City, Pampanga for the convenience of athletes from central and northern Luzon.

This event will be the National Team Selection for the SEAGAMES to be held in Manila, Philippines on November 28, 2005 and the ASIAN BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on September 14-18, 2005. Athletes will have to be determined winners in this event before they can compete for the SEAGAMES in November.
The 79-year old bodybuilding sport, which originated in 1926 as a side attraction in carnival fairs, has been incorporated within the Philippine Federation of Bodybuilders, Inc. The PFBB is a bonafide member of the Asian Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (ABBF), and of the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness, Inc. (IFBB), the world's 5th largest international sports federation with 169 member nations. Recognized by the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), the PFBB is one of the national sports associations (NSAs) within the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).

STAGE GUIDELINES:
1. All contestants must bring their own cassette tape or CD for one-minute posing routine. Contestants with no personal music shall not be qualified for the “BEST POSER AWARD”.
2. All contestants must wear one solid color posing trunks (not briefs).
3. Underarm hairs and others should be properly shaved for personal hygiene and decency.
4. Body coloring may be used, provided that it is applied properly and neatly.
5. Bring your own towels/tissue or news papers to be used while applying colors. Keep the dressing room clean.
6. All participants must be concerned for the “BODY BUILDERS IMAGE”…“BIG BODY GREAT BRAIN!!!”
The ORGANIZERS reserve the right to refuse competitor’s status to individuals whose physique will surely impair the Standards of Competition.
7. No vandalism and littering due to body coloring and body oil.
8. All participants must strictly adhere to the schedule; and, must be prompt and ready at all times. (“BE ON TIME”) |
